I'm sorry to tell everyone, but I am not going to be able to do anything pertaining to making fusions or back sprites or splicing anymore. I am not experienced in any sort of programs other than MS Paint, which my new computer has the upgraded version of, and it is very different, so I don't know how to use it. If you would like to teach me how to use any other types of spriting programs to get me able to fuse and splice and those things again, such as Photoshop CS5, Gimp, new MS Paint, and Paint.NET, then please pm me instructions on how to fuse and splice using one of these programs. I would prefer it be Gimp or one of the Paint's, because my Photoshop trial is almost finished, but if it's Photoshop I will use that method until the trial runs out. Thank you again to all of my fellow spriters, friends, and Lake users.

I had a little experience with Windows 7, but it's not that hard. 
But if you really want the old version, try this:

I'm not sure it works, but I saw my brother using the old version on his laptop and this might work.
just open a folder the copy paste the thing on the address bar... this --> %windir%\System32 and search for mspaint

Lol, I can't get the fusions to work in Paint.Net, whenever I move a part of one Pokemon to the other it has a white square around it lol.
