HELP!!!!!!! glitch or brokenness or something!

my pokemon wont level up. i fought blaine the gym leader three times and won every single time and the plasma raquaiza (however u spell it!) which is level 66 has stayed level 66 through all three battles and that is the ONLY pokemon i have used. i did buy 15 rare candies and used them if that effected it at all.

i jinxed it (in a good way) right after this i tried one more battle and he ranked up a bunch so nvm
