I just logged-in in the game and the maps are different. The pictures are from people I don't even know and when I go to the maps, I can't move with arrow keys. I can't even move with the arrows on he bottom corner. Please help.

You should try clearing your cache.
Go to this link: http://support.lexisnexis.com/lexiscom/record.asp?ArticleID=wg_cache
Then click on the browser you're using and it will show you how to clear your cache
