Are we allowd to make training accounts?

are we allowd to make Training accounts like a team of 6 abamasnow to vs with a team of Fire pokemon (4x effective) and if we are may we post training account names on forums , i know its easier to get money and use rare candy , but i like getting battle wins and lvling up the old way

I dont see why not, but there are already training accounts out there. It'd be a waste of time. Unless there isnt a type there.
