Or you can get them through trade.

Yep I believe the Deoxys forms can be found as well

Where are extra trainers? I've beaten all the gym leaders and people on that page.
Edit: are extra trainers the ones on the maps?

No the extra trainers are on the Battle page with the gym leaders.

There is a link at the top of the battle page that says 'More Trainers!'
