I was looking for random users when I looked at the date they joined xD and Idk why it would even say that date if the forums messed up

There is many hundreds of pages of users like that... It's a side-effect of the program that makes a forum account automatically for people who sign up for the game.

Time joined is "0" for those users.
"0" is seconds since Midnight of 1st January 1970 UTC (UNIX time)

Because I don't hold this information for everyone in the game. I do hold it for newer users.
