News of Pokemon Lake Question & Queries

Help me please. I just started playing a few hours ago and decided to catch some pokemon, the problem is; I can't. I bought some pokeballs and it says I don't have any, so I bought more, still, same thing. Bought more, and again the same thing. Someone please help! It looks like this:

My purpose of creating this contest is to give away good pokemons esp. to beginners. However, this contest doesn't reach out to this group. Is there any way that I can advertise in pokemonlake/forums so that the beginners know about this? Maybe a "Competitions" section in the forums.

What pokemons are considered rare? I know that plasmas are kinda rare, but I mean which specific pokemons are rare? I have several of the new fusions that are a 1/1000 chance. But is there anything besides those fusions that are rare?

Ok, so I'm trying to name all my pokemon as their normal name (not having curse or shiny in the name), and I came across my curse_cofagrigus and it said 'You think you're funny for giving such a nickname to the poor thing? The admin has been notified of this.'. I know it is probably because it has (fag) in the name, but that is it's proper name. Couldn't this be sorted?

Ok, so I went to go on the Pokemon Lake chat thing for he FIRST time, so I could get a live match against someone. Join the channel, straight away it says I'm banned! WTF!!! Can anyone help??
