i havent read anything about it, cus i havent looked it up, but are plasma pokemons 'effect' the same and all the other types? shiny/golden and what not
cus all the plasma pokemon i have raised get very fast xp, they hit like beasts and have a ton of hp

am i right or close to?

also, can someone tell me what legends arent plasma? that would be nice
