Plasma Pokemon?

i was randomly walking through a map when I found a plasma charmander. I have no idea how rare it is so any information would help. :mrgreen:

Plasma pokemon do not have any special abilities, they are just rare.
You can only get starters, thier evolutions and legendaries as plasma pokemon.

once u get all badges EXCEPT for frontier brains. then u can catch legendaries cept alot of ppl say they can already without badges
