Guys i've noticed in a lot of the clans you're creating you're asking for personal information. DO NOT DO THAT.
I've had to edit many clans requirements that ask for this.
This includes
Real names
Where they live
What school they go to
Facebook/twitter/myyearbook/myspace.. ect
Now I dont want to see any of this anymore. I will warn once after that I will terminate your topic/clan from the forums.
